Don't really know much about this guy. I found it this summer at the local recordstore. Great stuff. Good rythms and italian i guess. Anyhow. Have a nice weekend!

actually he's brazilian. he's played with lots of euro avant-jazz
types and even has a few ECM label records. great stuff. and great blog!

i've been to his concert in rio de janeiro ..it amazing how he intereacts with the audience, pple jumping clapping making noises...all under his influence..he uses the audience as live organic instruments...hes a true percussion maestro ..evert body in trance statess...great i recommend!!
